Again the point is missed. It's about investor confidence in what DA says and then does something else and does not let us know. This causes investors to shy away from buying more shares.

What you posted is very true with any start up. But when we are told that there will be no increase and then it happens anyway. When we are lead to believe that financails will be out early, but they are late. again we have concerns.

Are we to belive that DA is working on an uplisting if we truly believe that he is not going to dilute shares and then does the opposite?
