Your optimism is refreshing after the events of the day. I recall that you had met Ken Ash and discussed the plans for the co. Maybe your uncle can serve as a consultant if needed to resolve this expeditiously. Do you or anyone know when Ken is due back? A PR from the co. president indicating that he's working on updating the filings and status would be helpful.
