Financials establish a foundation from which to judget future gains of the company. I do not care if the financials (this time) are good. I'm expecting them to be poor, quite frankly. But because I think Soctt's reoccuring revenue business model is sound, I expect future financials to show progress. Financials are the KEY element in an investor's decision to buy or sell. For people considering going long, financials establish whether that's a good idea, or not. Many people here claim to be long. But if they were, they would also claim how important financial data is to the longs. I suspect ALL or most of those claiming to be long are merely flippers pumping the stock for their own (hoped for) gain. Anyone who's long knows the importance of financials. Financials establish, over time, the necessary foundation from which to judge one's position. Without financials, with only Scott's say so and the hype we see here, we have no compass bearing from which to guage our true financial position.
