It would be interesting to see what would happen. I wonder how many penny stocks there are with someone willing to invest several hundred thousand. On one hand I don't want the price to fall any further, but on the other I would not mind picking up cheaper shares. I really do not care what the price is short term, except how it might affect dilution, for I am in for the long haul. As far as the 5% ownership someone mentioned form 13g. I really rather not deal with paperwork, but at these prices it might be worth the effort.
