Well, Cornell can sell at any time; always legal because they have the warrants to convert to common stock to cover. The small trader is consequently buying the Cornell debt. The conversion will happen in the future. Ask ol arne about how he is going to finance all his pr's, cornell agreements, all agreements.. He will tell you he wants you to read it in the financials. BUT, ol arne cannot publish the financials because he has no money to acquire Govt-Buys. At this time awyi is one debt-ridden diluted shell. He did the same thing with Syrei and two other companies.
