Definitely a cyclical play here. The key going forward is the file later dot come activity and the mortgage rates just started dropping again so the banks dot com activity should increase. Those are the 2 things that will drive the companies bottom line. Imo

26% inst owned
Very close to 52 week low
Also could be a legitmate buyout play from one of the big tax preparing companies.

Looking for a big move up from here on some good news when it becomes available.
