You got it Tops. If the ol arne guy does not get financing there is no Govt-Buys, no contracts, all pr's are worthless,Cornell is still here, fully diluted and debt ridden with no cash. Ol arne did the same thing with Syrei then went into hiding. Notice that he Never talks about financing. I guess he thinks a majician will appear.
