Four Houston-area companies had their stock trading suspended Tuesday by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Calypso Wireless Inc. (CLYW), CytoGenix Inc. (CYGX), Emerging Healthcare Solutions Inc. (EHSI), all based in Houston, and The Woodlands-based Evolution Solar Corp. (EVSO) — all of which trade over the counter — were on a list of 17 microcap stocks that were subject to the trading halt.

Last week, the SEC created a Microcap Fraud Working Group after suspending the trading of Henderson, Nev.-based Uniontown Energy Inc.
The group works to detect and deter fraud involving microcap securities.
