Heres how I look at it EASY.......Who gives a flying F about a prior investigation as the only cause and affect it will have now is that this company and directors will be so clean to the book as far as the SEC go;s it can only help them moving forward to get that gold out of the ground and make themselves and a lot of shareholders very happy people.

On another note in a way I'm glad this guy showed up as it appeared the company was selling minor amounts of shares into the market again today. As a shareholder I hate to see a company do that especially a pink sheet company do that so maybe were lucky because if the volume was normal who knows we may have had 4-5 million shares added to the float and a decrease in the PPS.

So in closing....WE got alot of gold and a company who I believe has raised enough funds this year to get it to production lets have the management step on the gas and move forward at a rapid pace to get that gold out of the ground and get the long awaited party started.;
