If someone has shares, I give them a pass more times than not. If they don't, I am learning to disengage. Wind out of sails works from past experience. Applying it is tough but necessary in this arena.

True believers accumulate over time and at the offer price. Daily ups and downs mean little. Easiest way to relieve emotion is to do your DD, trust the company's intent and buy the stock, not the price. A sound investment will return well in all ranges.
