From what I heard "There was no shareholder meeting." When investors showed up at the shareholder meeting the doors were locked and nobody from the company showed up? The ones who showed up agreed not to post anything on the boards. They placed notes under the door and left the shareholder meeting without talking to anybody from the company.

This was told to me privately by another poster on this board. I cannot verify any of this? So take it for what it's worth. I e-mailed Otto and have gotten no response back from him in regards to this. Maybe there are others here who can e-mail Otto about this matter.
