Yes Pascal I know the statement. The thing is when the SEC investigates he will have to prove there was an offer on the table and if he cant his goose is cooked. Fact is we have had way to much volume, PR's and filed complaints with the SEC for this not to have been looked into and we are still trading when many others were shut down today.

Oh ya I wouldn't call it shrewd to make up a deal for $300,000,000 with out having one. As I said he doesnt have to prove to us the deal fell through if it doesnt happen but he will have to prove he had one to the SEC when they investigate.

Again im not saying this is a lock or a sure thing its a huge risk with a possible huge payoff.
