I think its great that he responded. But from the tone, I'm making the inference that he did his best to be polite when he was likely a bit frustrated with having to answer the same question. However, he DID take the time to answer and be cordial, in spite of any frustration over redundancy he may have been experiencing. Either way- a good guy!
