Allow me to post the exact copy of what the release said in the now 2nd most recent Dow news clip:

The SEC said stock-touting websites, twitter users and often anonymous individuals posting to message boards have influenced the investment decisions of the public, which often doesn't have adequate information about the securities.

So bigbucks, you're mistaken. Lleg has clearly done these things via mike. The sec is clamping down on this behavior now. The company is legitimate but the stock practices mentioned above are not. Therefore we're suspended by the sec.
