I think Sass should be completely ashamed of himself (as he seems like a pretty good guy) for associating with a CEO who holds his shareholders in such disregard. There cannot be this much "behind the scenes", for this long, when you run A PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY! If you didn't intend on communicating with shareholders, and I mean every step of the way, then you shouldn't have gone public.
