Drfreely, With the pps this low, do you see a realistic way to do a bridge financing without losing control of the company? The alternative way to raise some interim money ($2 mil range) would be a quick deal with Servier for high impact compounds. Do you see any other realistic scenarios?

Possibilities -

1) Bridge financing - $2 mil at .05 (40 mil shares plus 40 mil warrants) ---> probable loss of control of the company.

2) Pharma deal (ADHD/Schizo/Depression or RD/SA) ---> takes too long, money runs out before deal can be completed. Also, terms of deal would presumably be ratcheted down to under the market cap, so cash proceeds from any deal would be relatively puny.

3) Quick deal ($2 mil) with Servier for some of Cortex's new high impact compounds/platform. This avoids #1 above, and could be put together much faster than #2. This money buys Cortex the time for Cortex to pursue #2.

4) Any other ideas where the company could remain independent?
