Just to let you know, even if they are going to closed the doors they are not going to tell you. Now about working to get the CTO remonved we are been heard that song for long time, and as I said before does not make sense for them to get the CTO removed before the suit is over. So bottom line we need to wait until the suit or court is over and then we will see the CTO removed. But I am with you that they won't closed there doors until they try everithing that they can, because as I said before they already put too much time, effort and money to let it go.
