I am pretty sure that has already happened and another reason the stock has stayed down on all these phantom shares. Will just have to wait and see.


I am guessing they got their financing and the terms were horrible, but it was unavoidable. They come out and say they have enough capital to ramp up the business etc and the horrible terms will not be as bad.
