I dont know much about NEOP. You can enlighten me why its good, i might buy. I just came back from a short vocation. I am strong on RXII mainly because they have over 12mill cash without even including grants they received the past 2 months. With news ahead to come. I say this will be in 2 or 3's and a month or 3.

With fda as long as they have cash to survive and coming events. its going to go up.
