I think its with in 30 days but look at this scenario.... Mr.V can buy what he wants I believe. He isnt on the board of directors and even if he can't I am sure that he knows someone that will purchase and hold until they want to bring news out. I have seen that done before. I think there has been some accumulation by someone over the past month.
