I don't think so but I am not sure. Why what they really have to say anything? To many ways to do it. It would be good to let the share holders no because that just gives us more gas for the fire. But I am not sure they would have to let any one know. I will look into it and see what I can come up with. I seen how other companys did it when the were dumping stock and it looked just like that. But these were buys and not sells.
