It's a shame that the company is jerking us all around. The LOI PR was BS. Nothing more than a stall tactic. If you've been around pennies, you know most LOI's are Fluff Prs and never amount to anything. And to put it out on a selling day, tells the tale.

I am still a shareholder, but know this will be under .002 by end of June. I was told by IR that the merger was expected by end of May. Instead of Merger News, we get a PR with a lot of "what-if's".

Basically, we just got bent over a table and lubed up.

And here's another tidbit, the second round of financing was in one of their filings a month prior. They just chose to tell us when the stock was sputtering.
