Don't think it will cease real soon.
1. The court has it's hand in the pie.
Either dismissed from bankruptcy court or chapter 7 , my guess.

2. Likely nothing will happened until (if they can) figure out how to get the
revenue producing assets out of the bankruptcy estate.

3. The cynic in me says it will continue until there is nothing left to pay
the attorneys.
