This is from the same source that stated news about the merger was coming yesterday. It's quite clear he knows what hes talking about. He just sent this out via email...

"EMXC was first alerted Friday at the .0007-.0008 lvl and yesterday morning was still on alert. Well you guessed it, it is still on major alert. News out on the website yesterday was huge. Looking for the PR today premarket or early morning. We also have an extensive CEO interview Thursday at CEOCentral.com. You won't want to miss this. I for one am not convinced this stock has a 1.5 bil float. The more I DD and after watching it move as easy as it did yesterday I think we are working with a much much smaller float. This is part is purely speculation, but I would not be surprised if a PR was dropped soon describing that a huge share buy back has already taken place. I'm not selling one single share of this company."
