This is my opinion on the last PR: The cast of characters appears to be solidifying. While the cast was previously announced, so much time has transpired, that it isn't clear that the original cast is still doing the movie, thus the latest PR to confirm the role. Soooo, at the moment, perhaps the movie has a confirmed cast of one, assuming that all the variables surrounding pre production actually happen.
