Can't have it both ways... The world is demanding more silver, gold, copper, and zinc... they have to get it from somewhere...

So, what do you prefer California which has regulations and a place where you can bird dog or do you prefer a 3rd World Country where there are ZERO regulations.

You can say all you want that you don't want any mine...but let me tell you something if it doesn't happen here it makes a mine somewhere else that much more attractive.

Kind of like...If you were Governor of Washington State...Would you want Boeing to stay in Seattle and have NO Unions...or move to South Carolina, a Right To Work State, and lose thousands of jobs?

You have to make a decision and ANY environmentalist with a gun to his head would rather have it California where they have millions of other environmentalists to help watch the project.

Buddy, I've been to Owens Lake - it's a dump. You couldn't pay me to camp 2 nights there. And, I SERIOUSLY doubt that this mine would pollute it given the new mining techniques and all the legislation that has been passed to protect the 3 eyed frogs in the state.

Best you can do is buy into SUGO...hope they get bought out or partnered up...make a lot of money on the stock...sell out...then fight it. At least that way you make money like the rest of us. Heck if you took $250,000 profits you can probably buy ALL of Owen's Lake. It's not exactly a hot spot of activity or within 50 miles of a town larger than 10,000 people.
