I hear meditation is very calming.

As far as surfer's zen, I have a feeling it's probably the thrill he's after. He is a surfer after all! He gets his thrills riding walls of water as high as buildings!
Just keep positive thoughts & the experience will be pleasant!
Money can't buy everything, but it sure doesn't su*k having it. We should all have some soon, compliments of PCFG!
