How much was the deal worth with Servier when Stoll came aboard? $3-$5M? Why wouldn't they just buy Corx and put them/us out of our misery? Oh, the poison pill. They would have to pay much more to satisfy the contracts of the milkers, then we are left holding the eight cent bag (and Stoll/Varney/Messier etc. would live happily ever after in exotic locations, originally to run away and de-stress, then to overindulge their senses and bury their failures). No, Servier wouldn't feel the need to overpay, because, frankly, they don't see anyone else interested in the assets/IP. Plus, they operate very...patiently--kind of like Cortex, except without the suffering and dying components.
