I dealt with the Rufus in another company. I was also contacted to testify but had a schedule conflict with another agency and was excused. Does not surprise me that he tried to run but I am glad he is going to do some jail time. I was talking with someone the other day that is still laughing about his use of the work "negatory" when he was testifying in the Federal Court in Las Vegas. I was sad to see he robbed some good people here of their money. I would hope he would get 1000 years and the first 50 in a cell with "Big Bubba".
