Fstarr, translation of today's 8-K filing;

First, before UNDT issued any super discounted stock, Outstanding Share Count is now over 4 Billion shares.

-85,000,000 and 115,584,555 shares issued at .00009 = 82% discount to market.

-115,584,555 shares issued at .00007 = 86% discount to market.

-183,750,000 shares issued at .00008 = 84% discount to market.

-528,977,412 shares of stock issued by UNDT that can all be sold tomorrow. Anything above .0001 is a profit to them.

How many people left to gobble them up at .0002-.0004? Remember, this hardly scratches the surface of how much stock UNDT must issue to satisfy debt.

Salvage something. UNDT headed to .0001.
