The Central topic of course, is CDEX. Without CDEX we would have no topic. CDEX is not a person, except in the legal sense, where companies are considered as persons that can be sued.

If your auto injures you, you cannot sue it. You have to sue the company that made it, or the person that sold it to you, a person. Companies are the only non-people person that you CAN sue.

COURTs in their infinite wisdom, created the person that is the company. (Or some other institutions, BTW) They call it legal fiction.

Companies are mute, of course, which is why they have spokespersons, pro and con. Company officials speak for the company. So do the Lawyers that they hire for that purpose.

So in that sense, does it not make sense that when you talk about the rapscallions that run the companies...you are talking about the company as the central topic...even if you do not actually mention CDEX, for example?

GOOOCDEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!
