He didn't buy anything, he was issued controlling ownership just to clarify. My point was, for those claiming the deal fell through, why would Renfro waste his time keeping Brazos in good standing if he had no intention of merging? IMO, a picture is worth a thousand words, but a filing is worth a million ;) GLTA
