Ray it is not my responsibility to improve your reading comprehension. Do you dispute the fact that Brazos intl. Formerly a sec rated "shell" corporation is in the process of negotiating to acquire Renfro and that prior to this acquisition Brazos is and was for all intents and purposes a shell corporation?
