The first company mentioned in violation of the BDCM patent is a company called APPLE which trades as AAPL on the NASDAQ. The next company is Intel or INTC on the NASDAQ. The list of claimed violators is staggering who BDCM believes owes them a huge fee and an ongoing royalty. To quote the website -
