that was an older and different casino project with different investors that has nothing to do with cgaq's casino.

from what i have gathered, the only reason armando has any stock in cgaq is because he owned the hotel at the time of cgaq opening the grand casino in the hotel, and that was part of the agreement. there have been message board postings here that the hotel is under different management now, so i'm not sure that armando even owns the hotel anymore.
