That settlement agreement has not been made public. That is often the case in a lawsuit. It is possible that NIR did not want it released. It is possible that Itro did not want it released. Itro may not have had a choice. It is not their responsibility to release the agreement or to divulge its terms. The terms of the release are probably in the agreement.
