two similar emails received about spph status...baffled that they return us to spph/hail first mgmt for clarification...inclined to believe that this is all part of hail first "conspiracy" in that by delaying trading, they can return to shareholders with another pr and .."due to market turmoil", the proposed (march 17,2011) buyout will be put on hold until further notice..
