Glad to hear it! I agree! The relationship looks excellent! This is a very credible stand-up company and very experienced. They are excited to get started and have big plans for this partnership and mine. I'm sure we'll see this deal finalized much earlier than the end of the allotted 45 days for DD.
I assume you heard the interview with David Barefoot? He mentions some impressive numbers concerning this company and their goals.
We are in good hands. Mamona, you have to realize that it was Rich that got this deal done. He saw they couldn't do it on their own and, although it took a while because they wanted to get just the right company, he did it. You have to give him some credit!
I wouldn't want to neutralize Biscan at all. But, yes, staying away from production ourselves does seem to be the best bet as it isn't as easy as we seem to have previously believed.
Rich is now free to go out there and make more deals - which is what he is best at doing. And believe it or not, the day may come when you are actually thankful to have purchased this stock and can appreciate what Biscan has done to get the company where it is today.
With Don Ramon and the iron ore property producing, cash flow will not be a problem!
There is a summary on the Yahoo bulletin board written by a guy(i_heard) who used to be fairly negative or at least was not a part of "the cult" as everyone called it. He was so objective that he was even accused of being a short. He seems to be changing his tune now and seems happy with the company! Worth a read.
