hi sony, have done quite a bit of dd on cgaq last few days so i can make invest decisions. nice informative post earlier with articles by another member, which i also read in dd process..you mentioned casciati has not shown up in any recent cgaq reports/filings, but i find that he has..you most likely already know my info, but i'll post simply because it leads to another question i am accumulating for mr swank call..cgaq annual disclosure statement ending 12/31/10 (22 pages)..certified by steven swank signature dated april 20,2011..requires all stock owners with over 5% holdings must be disclosed...(common shares)..steven swank -15,454,354...armando casciati -15,140,854 ....h.s.liddel -9,040,000...i reference this because mr swank is getting fairly old, could become ill or worse, and wondering what the leadership succession is for cgaq mgmt. with armando casciatti having almost identical share ownership, do we assume he now takes over company leadership role? if that's the case, the tarlow news media issue may not be put to rest until final court decision..still holding cgaq with hopes of 1mil accumulation.
