CBAI trying to buy CCEL in my mind was a joke they just did a 1 for 100 share split . Why because they need more shares to raise money. If they had enough money to buy CCEL where did it go ? It would seem they didn't have enough to close the CCMEX deal , they now have financing to close one of the LOI's so they say . If Mercedes is quilty of something it is probably saving CBAI the embaressment of not being able to close the deal . Wheres the money ? If you had that kind of money , why the RS ? This is all just my humble opinion .
