I think your post was very well thought out and gave many compelling reasons why we could have a winner in DGRI.

The only two things that concern me are.

- Its still a pink and one always has to be dilligent of that fact but management seems to be taking all the right steps to distance themselves from the normal run of the mill pink sheet stocks.

- Ive found that with most pink sheet stocks letters of intent or LOI'S turn out to be nothing more then a reason for a company to sell stock and nothing ever comes of it. Again DGRI management seems to be making the right moves to seperate themselves from the "pink pack"

Other than those two things NICE JOB and TWO THUMBS UP!
