I'm not spamming bull, nor do I have to offer up COLD HARD FACTS. This entire sherade doesn't have any SERIOUS COLD HARD FACTS. If anything your in the dark with little hints to a r/m. There is no garuntee that this is going to be a R/M. If you don't know what a lock-up is then thats your problem for not doing your own research on the stock exchange and policies.

And I will spam other stocks if I want to, I was offering that stock as a mere example of the what I am explaining.



Understand this isn't being negative of bysd, in the event of R/M or a lock up, shareholders will still have chance to make serious cash.

but in the event of a lock up, the outcome is more profitable not only for the share holder, but also the company.
