How about a direct quote from Fong:

Summary:

Being that Freya the PRIVATE company is not Taking over China Nuvo, the public company this can't be a Reverse Merger. Get it, its the opposite!

So the CNUV'ers wont be shocked to find out its a Reverse Merger because its REALLY AN ACQUISITION

I picked apart the PR for you to point out that indeed the transaction is an acquisition: But...its very important for you to understand the differences between RM and Acquisition at this point. Especially if your going to include it into you BLOG. Might not make you look good if you don't actually put 100% DD together. HAHA!
