There are only few things you can say with certainty at this point in time

1) a settlement is in the works and close to be inked

2) all classes of equity (preferred and commons) are said to survive. That alone drives the current speculation

3) a settlement is a compromise

4) estimates range (for commons) from nothing or a few pennies to $86 per share (the highest that I have read on the board)

5) no settlement without approval from the equity committee, so the absolute low-end is unlikely
