No body settled anything!!!! They joined in a settlement agreement. They are not the same thing if you cared to ask. We do not know if anyone "caved" in as the settlement agreement is not available for us to read. It is a tactic to settle the judges decision! I do not want details on the settlement agreement nor on NIR. I have never asked for the terms. I know how NIR operated and it was not pretty. Itro as well as many other "good" Companies as well as some bad ones got tied up with NIR. I am not sure how. Maybe CR is a good salesman. I have never asked you for any information.
I have lurked here to learn as much as I could as to what is happening with NIR. It was not to PUMP Itro. A poster said that no Company had survived CR. Harpe or I just said one might. We got lambasted for that statement. We responded to the lambasting, and got lambasted for responding. I do not feel either of us are here to get anyone to hit the 'buy" button on Itro. Just using the Company as an example.

I agree with you that they should have waited, but that world have probably meant more lawyer fees.
