Well good afternoon board...been a mighty hot weekend here in east Texas but still had lotsa projects I accomplished under the cover of a straw hat.Gonna cool my heels now tho.This weeks trading is gonna be a bit different for me because I intend to trade nothing but daily charts the next few days.I may look at some short TFs but my trade decisions and main focus chart will be the daily.I made this decision because of lotsa time I spent in the strategy tester and want to apply what I may have learned.The chart will be very basic with the elements I believe are being watched by the market so I made some minor changes(as always..LOL)...still using the SMAs but instead of 9,26,52,100 and 200 it will be the basics of 10,20,50,100 and 200 so you see theres not much difference.Will let you all know how it all turns out this week...thumbs up or thumbs down using the daily only.
I did this for years in equities and all stock scans were always based on daily charts because theres no intraday scan capability with stockfetcher which was always the finest scan engine in the world which I used to build very powerful scans.I figure if I could do well with stocks on daily charts theres no reason why daily FOREX charts should be much different...will let you know tho if I did better or worse in this new week's trading.
