not really sure, they havent gone into great detail about that. in a press release last year, they stated that tac-air would control 46% of the o/s. But thats all the detail provided. who knows, maybe thats one of the items that needs to get ironed out before making this official. I did ask Gerald about that and he said he couldnt go into detail, but did say that he normally doesnt take on clients that are subpenny, but that he made an exception with TADF, becasue of Tac-air and said that they were a significant company with significant revenues. Although he has told several of us in the past that have contacted him, that TADF will most likely initiate a share repurchase program. Which seems logical, given that TADF has a history of doing that.
