No. That hearing was labled a confirmation hearing. The confirmation of the POR/ GSA is out the window at this time, caput, gone, over, history.

The Wednesday, June 8th hearing is what is called an Omnibus hearing; general business.

This general business will most likely be about the terms sheet regarding final settlement among all parties which will pay equity as well as all remaining debtors, or at least arrange ongoing legal proceedings for same. imo
