Tell me why you think this mom and pop company, run by family members would be worth $5.7 million? It has no sales, no inventory, no repeat customers and no orders! Only $73,000 in sales last year! Accrued salaries of $402,500 since 2006, loans and still gave 35 million shares to family for compensation. What have they done in 5 years since the started the business?
I could understand if they had a backlog of orders...right now they have nothing....in a few months when investors realize they still have nothing what are you going to say when it is sub-penny?
