Cortex has ended development of High and Low Impacts to advance a new class of drugs: No Impact. In theory, they've been working hard on these new compounds for many years. They serendipitously stumbled on No Impacts, after secretly testing their previously confidential class of molecules, the Negative Impacts, on unknowing, long-term shareholders. Who'd have thought it would have been as simple as a '+ and -' charges. "Silver Bullet," is what Stoll was heard mumbling from his lazy chair.
